As the operator of MeowMe (“Services”), SPACEZ TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“we” or “us”) respect your right to privacy and highly value the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data when you use MeowMe and how you can exercise your rights to personal data protection. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is part of our Terms of Service.

For information that demands your particular notice and that may have a significant impact on your rights and interests, we have highlighted it in bold font to draw your attention.

Before using the Services or submitting any Personal Information to MeowMe, please review this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) as follows:

Personal Information You Provide. In order to help you register for MeowMe account and login, we need to collect your basic profile information such as your user nickname, age, hobby, gender, email or mobile phone number. If you refuse to provide such Personal Data, you will not be able to complete the registration process.

Communication Information. If you otherwise communicate with us, we may collect the contents of any messages you send (“Communication Information”).

Information You Provide When Playing Online. When you play online, we may collect information about your gaming profile, your personal game room scene, your gameplay, your game score, or your use of social features. When you use our social features, any text, audio, visual, and/or other electronic communications information that you disclose may be read, copied, collected and may become publicly available. Please make sure your privacy settings reflect your preferences.

When you play our online games, your in-game profile information, gameplay, and statistics are collected and some may be visible in-game.

Improving User Experience. To improve your user experience (e.g., by making it easier for you to view information about your account, sending you push notifications, and providing you with personalized content and services that may be of interest to you), we may automatically collect information about your language, gender, clicks and actions, program progress (including login status, interaction information/status, achievement information, etc.), application token, operating system, network information (e.g., IP address), device data (e.g., IMEI and other device identifiers), country/region, device model, screen resolution, geographic location, anonymous user identifier, etc., and analyze such data. 

Maintaining Stability and Security. In order to maintain the stability and security of MeowMe and your account, we will automatically collect data related to the operation of the mobile application and your online operations, such as data related to your login status, clicks and actions, user device data (e.g., IMEI and other device identifiers), operating system data, network information (e.g., IP address), etc. when you are using MeowMe.

Contact and Marketing. We may use the contact information provided by you (e.g., email address) to send you information about products and services that may be of interest to you. If you are not interested in such information, you may refuse at any time during the communication, for example, by clicking on the unsubscribe/refuse option or sending us a reply to opt-out.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and administer access to the Services; To maintain, improve or repair any aspect of the Services, which may remain internal or may be shared with third parties if necessary; To inform you about features or aspects of the Services we believe might be of interest to you; To respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions; To send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the Services or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies; To analyze how you interact with our Service; To develop new programs and services; To prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuses of our Service, and to ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks; and To comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other third parties.

Aggregated Information. We may aggregate Personal Information and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to improve and add features to our Services, to conduct research (which may remain internal or may be shared with third parties as necessary) and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with third parties, publish such aggregated information or make such aggregated information generally available. We may collect aggregated information through the Service, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

In certain circumstances we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless required by law, as set forth below:

Vendors and Service Providers. To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Information with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information in the course of performing their duties to us.

Business Transfers. If we are involved in strategic transactions, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a “Transaction”), your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction along with other assets.

Legal Requirements. If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent fraud, (iv) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of a person or group, or (v) protect against legal liability.

Affiliates. We may share Personal Information with our affiliates, meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with us. Our affiliates may use the Personal Information we share in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Other Users. Certain actions you take may be visible to other users of the Services or result in content that is made available to other users of the Services.

4. Update Your Information

5. Age Requirement

If you are under 13 years old OR if you are an EU citizen or resident under 16 years old, you are not authorized to register to use the Services. Our Services are not directed to children who are under the age of 13, regardless of location, or children under 16 who are located in a European Union Member State. MeowMe does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13, or a child under the age of 16 who is located in a European Union Member State, has provided Personal Information to us through the Services, please email us at customer.service.aimeow@aimeowmeow.com and we will take appropriate steps to investigate.

6. Security

You use the Services at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware and understand that we cannot ensure an absolutely secure Internet. If you find that your personal data is breached, please contact us using the contact details provided in “Contact Us” immediately so that we can take the corresponding measures.

In the event of any accident, force majeure event or other circumstances leading to the breach of your personal data, we will make every effort to control the situation and promptly inform you of the cause, the security measures we have taken and you can take and other relevant information. In the event of a security incident related to personal data, we will report such incident to the competent authorities in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, promptly investigate the problem, and take the emergency measures.

7. International Transfer and Retention

By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Information may be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in Singapore.

We will store your Personal Data only to the extent as necessary for the proper business needs of our company (e.g., for the purposes of providing service to you and complying with the requirements of laws, tax and finance), except as provided otherwise by applicable laws or regulations. When there is no such need to use your Personal Data or the retention period expires according to applicable laws or regulations, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Data.

8. Data Access and Removal

You can always control what information you choose to share with us on MeowMe (except for information which we have indicated as mandatory for you to provide). To do so, you can change your settings in the App or in your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the App from your mobile device entirely.

You can choose to remove your data anytime you want. If you ask us to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers, subject to any applicable legal or other requirement to maintain certain records of your personally identifiable data. Please note that the deletion of your personally identifiable data from our database may result in us not being able to provide you with the Service.

To delete your data please click within the App on Settings located in the top right corner "Settings” >then click on “Delete Account".

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Services, and/or our activities and businesses may change from time to time. As a result we may change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do we will post an updated version on this page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law. By continuing to use our Services or providing us with Personal Information after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, or notified you by other means if applicable, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it. Please review this policy periodically.
